I have to admit, when I saw the first adverts for Breaking Bad with Bryan Cranston standing in his underwear in the desert my first thought was "Oh look, Malcolm's dad is going to a goofball again..." 4 seasons and what? 3 emmys later... he continues to prove me wrong and show that he is an excellent actor and a true talent.

They almost didn't cast him, it was it performance as a villain on an episode of the X-files that actually got him the role. Apparently Cranston wrote a significant part of Walter White's character including a great deal of his backstory. He is a true talent and is really passionate about it. He had a blast making that show! Amazing portrait.
